In 2022 P2H delivered 2×14 MW steam boilers as part of a Coal-to-Electricity demonstration project.
There is a large amount of heat demand in the resin production process of Sichuan Jinlu Resin Co., Ltd. The steam consumption is about 50 tons per hour, and the annual steam consumption is about 324,000 tons. The original use of 4 coal-fired boilers totaled 240 steam tons, which results in a large amount of waste gas pollutants, extremely low thermal efficiency and entails a large amount of human capital for boiler operation and maintenance. On October 7, 2022, the “Electric Energy Substitution” project of coal fired boilers was successfully put into operation in Luojiang District, Deyang City, which adopts 2 sets of P2H 14 MW steam boilers delivered by Shuangliang Boiler. When the project is operational the yearly savings and reductions are more than 2,800 tons of standard coal, more than 100 tons of nitrogen rich substances, more than 100 tons of sulfur dioxide and 2 tons of particulate matter. The resulting effects of energy savings and non-pollution reductions are significant.
